The Villa's interior is very spacious; featuring 6 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms and wonderful views from the Master Bedroom's private balcony (also overlooking the large Conservation area): The ideal spot for unwinding with a refreshing drink at the end of the day or to start off the morning on a great note. Kissimmee in Central Florida has a semi-tropical climate: With the average yearly temperature a perfect 72oF/24oC, there's not much cause for complaint. It rains at least a little 116 days of the year, and the annual rainfall averages 51 inches, but it doesn't snow.
The Summer months are the most humid and have the most rainfall, but expect lots of sunshine between rain and clouds. In July & August the average high is 90oF/34oC. In January the average low is 50oF/10oC. We strongly advise any guest to bring plenty of sun screen no matter what time of the year they visit and remember to drink plenty of liquids during the day, especially in the Summer.
